Second summer holiday in Kalkan. Second time with Luxury Kalkan Rentals. Second time being incredibly well looked after by Jane and Dali.

This time our party (dad + 22 yr old son + 18 yr old daughter) stayed in Villa Gemelli – just off Kalamar Rd and not far from Elixir Hotel.

The villa is beautiful and very well appointed. Masses of space around the pool – plenty of opportunities to barbecue and eat al fresco – so never felt at all cramped or unable to spread out and relax. The pool itself and jacuzzi + outdoor shower mean you will always be able to cool off in the blistering heat.

The interior is very well thought out and massive fridge, gas hob and d/w and washing machine all welcome amenities. No shortage of aircon units and cd player, dvd player and satellite tv meant we had plenty of entertainment options in the evening on the occasions we ate chez nous.

The balcony on the bedroom on 1st floor is really useful and the rood terrace is spectacular for watching sunsets and stars and having a cheeky aperetivo!

We’d recommend the villa to families, small groups of friends who want enough space so they’re not on top of one another all the time and like cooking the off evening meal. It is an easy walk into town for bars, restaurants, shopping – we always got a cab back which is £4.

The villa has beautiful bougainvillea and a range of potted plants which add to its attractiveness. It is also very quiet and undisturbed by road noise.

Jane and Dali at Luxury Kalkan rentals are, as always, attentive and keen to make sure you have no wrinkles to spoil your holiday. Very helpful in arranging excursions or beach clubs, etc.
